Our Cape Dutch House is furnished in elegant and traditional style throughout, complimenting the original features of this beautiful and graceful home. Once a representational home for a major international company, The Andros now offers 13 luxury double rooms, each with individual furnishings, all with garden or mountain views.
Unwind after a long day touring, sight-seeing or playing a round of golf, with a good book, in the serene sun room or the quiet drawing room. The lounge in the Manor house leads via French doors to our adjacent champagne room, which in turn leads to DINE, our 32 seater restaurant.
Facilities
Relax at the pool or work out in the well equipped gym and sauna. Our beauty salon, Bliss, has two treatment rooms with two fully qualified beauticians on duty daily where you can spoil yourself with a personalized treatment to suit your needs.
Conferences
The conference room has a capacity for up to 20 guests’ cinema style and smaller numbers in other styles and is bathed in natural light with the doors of the facility opening onto the beautiful green garden, with exceptional views of the forested slopes of Table Mountain and the world-renowned Kirstenbosch Gardens.
Weddings
We are excited about the possibility to assist you with the planning and organization of this important event. If you are looking to host your small family wedding (maximum 32 guests with no children under the age of 12) in sophisticated and elegant surrounds, with a graceful and peaceful ambience, picturesque gardens and building, and a professional and personalized service, then you have just found it.
Weather permitting we offer the use of our large terrace, where we could seat 30 guests. Our gardens, leafy and mature, with lots of floral borders and interesting “nooks and crannies”, form the perfect backdrop for wedding pictures.
We offer a choice of four catering options; an early morning wedding brunch, a three course lunch for a midday wedding, traditional high tea (savoury and sweet) for those who opt for an afternoon wedding and a three course dinner for sunset weddings.
