Forest View Cabins is situated 14 km outside the tropical town of Tzaneen, overlooking the majestic Wolkberg Mountains and surrounding forest plantations. Cosy, elegant self-catering cabins with picture-perfect views. Accommodation is offered in stylishly decorated cabins, fully equipped for self-catering. Each cabin has an indoor fireplace for the chilly Winter nights as well as a covered deck from which to admire our spectacular views. Each cabin has a rustic plunge pool for guests, young and old, to cool off on a hot day.

Forest View Cabins is perfectly situated for guests to explore the surrounding areas which offer a multitude of diverse things to see and do. Our cabins are the ideal choice for a romantic getaway or family reunion. We offer peaceful, self-catering accommodation – no traffic, no television and minimal disturbances make us your ultimate escape!

Reconnect with family and friends at Forest View Cabins! An open boma area is available for small functions (self-catering) ONLY for groups booking all five cabins.

Please take note that we are in a forested area and occasionally timber is harvested from the nearby plantations. It may then be noisy during work hours. Forest View Cabins can only be accessed via a 3.5-kilometre dirt road. The road is generally passable in a normal sedan, but certain parts may need to be traveled slowly..

For your safety and peace of mind, Forest View Cabins is surrounded by an electrified fence as well as CCTV, so you can relax and unwind.

Accommodation

We offer Accommodation in five cosy, stylishly furnished wooden cabins with spectacular views of the Wolkberg Mountains. Each cabin has a covered deck overlooking the mountains and surrounding forest plantations. Away from traffic and distractions, our self-catering accommodation offers the ideal breakaway if you need peace, relaxation and tranquillity! SOUL FOOD!

Forest View Cabins is perfect for families, groups of friends, or couples looking for a beautiful change of scenery. The cabins are elevated off the ground and smaller children will need supervision.

Please note that we have NO TV's. Forest View Cabins has such beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding forests, that we trust you will not miss having a TV.

Cabin 1 (2 sleeper)

This cabin comprises a king-size bed or 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Other facilities include a closed fireplace and a kitchen equipped with a fridge, 2-plate gas stove, stove-top kettle, microwave, and toaster. The cabin has a covered deck, own braai area, rustic splash pool and free Wi-Fi.

This cabin comprises 2 bedrooms, the first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a double sleeper couch in the lounge. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Other facilities include a closed fireplace and a kitchen equipped with a fridge, 4 -plate gas stove, stove-top kettle, microwave, and toaster. The cabin has a covered deck, own braai area, rustic splash pool and free Wi-Fi.
