This modern 5 bedroom holiday home has every convenience for a luxury beach holiday. The open minimalist interior leaves a feeling of enormous space. The minimalist design uses contemporary furniture and straight lines to give the house a modern but homely fee.

There are five bedrooms (two double en-suite; one twin en-suite and two single rooms). Upstairs are two single bedrooms and the main en-suite bedroom.

Downstairs are two en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom and a TV / living room lead onto a balcony that overlooks the ocean.

The breakfast room, dining room, fully fitted kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer) are downstairs, with an outside braai facility to ensure every convenience for your holiday stay.

Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available and there is a double garage and ample parking.

LOCATION

Only 25 minutes from Cape Town City Centre and right on route to the West Coast. Should you wish to use the My City Bus Service, you can take the bus just up the road.
