Kareekloof Game Farm is a privately owned Game Farm and our motto is 'Come and get disconnected for a short time, to get connected again'. We are a countryside destination where we offer the ideal break away from the stress and strain of city life. We are not a resort nor a hotel. We sell peace, quietness and a bushveld experience. Our beautiful game farm is characterized by dense bush, grass fields and splendid views of surrounding mountains and countryside. Nestled in the Southern foothills of the Magalies Mountain, lies Kareekloof Game Farm. We offer fully equipped self-catering chalets, or B&B services in our comfortable guest rooms.

Kareekloof Game Farm is a host to a variety of functions, and offers many activities to make your function unique. The beauty of 1400ha of veld, and the cry of jackals as the sky darkens in an African sunset, makes any function memorable. Office parties, family reunions, birthday parties, engagement parties - any occasion will be custom made. Weddings, conferences, competitions, courses and bosberaad meetings have been successfully held at Kareekloof Game Farm. Starting the day with a delicious, traditional boerekos farm-style breakfast makes sure the day is both productive and enjoyable.
Kareekloof is not only a well known established game farm and lodge but also facilitates an unique conference and function venue in an idyllic setting at the foothills of the Magalies Mountain range in the North West Province Bushveld. Kareekloof Wedding Venue offers exclusive wedding packages and tailor made catering. All our meals are freshly prepared in our kitchen on the premises.

Buffalo Chalet (Sleeps 2)
This chalet has a fully equipped kitchen and en-suite bathroom with shower. It has a queen size bed, clean linen and towels as well as its own lapa and BBQ facility.
The swimming pool is 20 m away. Daily serviced and amenities are supplied.
The public lounge with full DSTV is 20 m away from the chalet. Download your preferred programs on your devices before visiting the farm. There is not a TV in the room.
The perfect get away chalet for a couple who wants to spend quality time together.
Eland Self Catering Unit (Sleeps 7)
This is a cozy and comfortable chalet with shared bathroom with a bath and a shower. It consists of two separate rooms. One room has a double bed + 2 single beds in the other room and 3 single beds in the open plan area.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, lapa and BBQ facility. Clean and neat linen and towels are supplied. Daily serviced. It is about 70 m from the swimming pool and lodge where a public lounge with DSTV is. Download your preferred programs on your devices before visiting the farm.
There is not a TV in the room but about 100 m away from the room is the Lodge Public Lounge with full DSTV.
Old Farm House - Self Catering unit (Sleeps 8)
This is a cosy and comfortable 2-and-a-half-bedroom house with 2 bathrooms.
Two double beds and 4 single beds.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, lapa and BBQ facility.
Clean and neat linen and towels are supplied. Daily serviced.
The farmhouse is about 300 m away from the main lodge where the swimming pool and full DSTV public lounge is.
Living room with a TV with limited channels.
Waterbuck Self Catering Unit (Sleeps 4)
This one-bedroom unit is neat and comfortable. It has a queen size bed and 2 single beds (Bunker).
It has a fully equipped kitchen and private BBQ area.
The en-suite bathroom has a shower and a door for privacy.
The room is serviced daily, and amenities are supplied.
The swimming pool is 50 m away.
Zebra Self Catering Unit (Sleeps 4)
This one-bedroom unit is neat and comfortable. It has a queen size bed and 2 single beds (Bunker).

Bushbuck Self Catering Chalet1: (Sleeps 2)
This chalet is comfortable, clean and neat with en-suite bathroom with a shower. It has a double bed.

Small basic kitchen with microwave oven, 2 plate stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. There is a beautiful garden with lawn in front of room and it is 30 m away from the swimming pool. BBQ facility available.

Budget/Economy Lodge Rooms: It is rooms ONLY
Impala Budget Lodge Room: (Sleeps 2) Room only - not self - catering facility
This is a comfortable clean and neat lodge room with en-suite bathroom with shower.
The room has two single beds but once moved to each other it forms a double bed. It has a private entrance. No kitchen is available.
Perfect for tourists who need a clean and neat bed to rest for the road ahead. The room has a Kettle, mugs, coffee and tea tray.
No TV in room. Public lounge with DSTV is on site.
Please note: There are no cooking facility or cutlery or crockery in this room.
Budget/Economy Lodge Rooms: It is Rooms ONLY
This is a comfortable clean and neat lodge room with en-suite bathroom with shower.
The room has two single beds but once moved to each other it forms a double bed. It has a private entrance. No kitchen is available.

Facilities
Our guest rooms and self-catering chalets all have en-suite bathroom facilities and are comfortable, clean, neat and serviced daily. Room amenities are supplied. We want our guests to spend quality time with each other around the camp fire or sunset and therefor we do not have TV's in the rooms. There is however a full cable TV in the public lodge where that important sport or soapie can be viewed.

Kareekloof Game Farm specializes in farm style meals. We are proud that all our meals are freshly prepared in our kitchen. Kareekloof Game Farm is fully licensed. Although we do not have a commercial restaurant, we would love to spoil you with our traditional South African Cuisine. Meals must be booked in advance.
