Over the last 15 years, Collisheen Estate has earned through top class service and a high level of professionalism, an outstanding reputation as a wedding and functions venue. Our functions venue facilities are very flexible so please feel free to ask us should you have any special requests.

Collisheen now offers two perfect wedding venues, the original main venue (Boma) and our original colonial homestead (Orchid House).

The Boma

Boma, our larger venue, is a 400 square metre open-sided structure, which can accommodate up to 400 guests with a dance floor and a stage.

The Boma is complete with a bridal salon, chapel, full reception facilities, picturesque gardens, water feature, and extensive parking.

The Chapel at The Boma can seat 120 guests inside and because of the open nature of the construction, can accommodate plenty more around the outside. In the event of inclement weather there are blinds that can be rolled down for your comfort.

With the beautiful surrounds, and calming melody of the wind through the rustling sugarcane, this is the perfect wedding venue for that outdoor feel.

The Boma, our larger venue, is a 400 square metre open sided building which can accommodate up to 400 guests with a dance floor and a stage area, and is set in beautiful gardens which, at night, are transformed into a fairyland with lights in the trees and bridge. A private chapel, water feature and dark wood poles, with tiled roof structure is surrounded by seemingly endless space.

Secure parking, state of the art kitchen and excellent staff are just some of the factors that will ensure your Collisheen experience to be peaceful, private, professional and perfect.

Orchid House

Orchid House has the most wonderful setting for a charming and more intimate function or wedding, accommodating up to 120 guests

Orchid House is complete with its very own bridal salon, chapel, full reception facilities, picturesque gardens and extensive parking. The chapel at Orchid House is open plan and offers a garden feel ceremony, seating 60 guests inside and a total of 120 guests in the wing of the chapel. In the event of inclement weather, blinds are rolled down to protect guests, yet still give you that garden ceremony feel. You also have the choice of hosting your ceremony in the garden for both Traditional and Christian Weddings.

This wedding venue will have your guests in awe at the surrounding beauty and tranquillity and is sure to make your special day one to remember.

Orchid House is a 150 square meter open-sided building which can accommodate up to 120 guests with a dance floor – perfect for a more intimate wedding or function. The Venue overlooks the picturesque garden, which is full of fairy light wonder.
