Accommodation

The original farmhouse offers sleeping accommodation for 20 guests in 6 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The house has a lounge as well as a bar area with a TV and DSTV connection. There is also a small kitchen area with a microwave, two plate stove, cutlery and crockery.

The house has a spacious covered patio where guests can relax and enjoy the beautiful Atlantic Ocean views. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor braai area.

There are large lawns for children to play as well as a jungle gym area. Guests can use our 4x4 route; go hiking or ride on their bikes. There is a swimming pool during the summer months filled with excess mountain water.

 

Activities

Quad Biking

Quad bike Adventure lovers can experience the thrill and excitement of a 1-hour guided quad bike tour. Our automatic quad bikes are comfortable, user friendly, safe and easy to drive. Our experienced tour guide will attend to all your needs.

We offer the following rates for Quad Bikes: R400 p.p. for a 1-hour Quad Bike mountain trip R300 p.p. for a 30 minute Quad Bike farm trip.

4 x 4 Routes

Nature lovers will find Panoramas 4x4 route through pristine fynbos, consisting of more than 800 species, one of the most spectacular 4x4 routes the Overberg has to offer. Most spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean are visible from the top of the Franskraal Mountain while driving Panorama's 4x4 route. With more than 120 bird species known to the area this is also a bird lover’s paradise. South Africa's landscapes are as varied and wonderful as the people themselves. Visitors from all over the world want to experience the unspoilt beauty and abundance, the wildlife and vegetation, the unspoken magic of Africa. Panorama's 4x4 route is a must see experience.

Picnics

Panorama's picnic area is well suited for either the romantic at heart or families, offering ample space for privacy and relaxation or for your kids to run around and play games. Alternatively the kids can play on the jungle gym or jumping castle. Please book your picnic 1 day in advance.

Picnic basket for 2 persons sharing is priced at R200.

Children's fun

In our beautiful landscaped gardens children can indulge in a range of outdoor fun and activities. When making use of our services children can play on the jungle gym, swim in the swimming pool or enjoy the jumping castle (only offered during peak season).

Panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and majestic mountains provide the perfect backdrop for any event. Panorama is the perfect venue for any fairytale wedding.

We will capture the spirit of love, happiness and celebration on your most perfect day. Panorama Venue has a seating capacity of up to 200 guests. 20 Oak wooden tables and 200 Tiffany chairs complete your perfect setting at Panorama Venue.
