Upon arrival at the private entrance gate of the lodge, guests park their vehicle in the secure guest parking, and then proceed by game viewing vehicle to the Shepherd’s Tree Game Lodge.
The main lodge at the Shepherd’s Tree Game Lodge provides all the necessary facilities and amenities to make a holiday relaxing, adventurous and unforgettable. A restaurant, bar, wine cellar, lounge, internet station, swimming pool and deck, and a boma are available to guests. Highest quality equipment with plasma screen TVs and a mini-business centre in every suite as well as a kitchenette is available in every suite for guests to prepare light meals.
The gourmet restaurant and outdoor boma serve the most delectable cuisines. A casual lounge and cigar bar, and a spacious open and covered entertainment deck overlook the spectacular rim-flow swimming pool at the lodge.

The public lounge with full DSTV is 20 m away from the chalet. Download your preferred programs on your devices before visiting the farm. There is not a TV in the room.
The perfect get away chalet for a couple who wants to spend quality time together.
Eland Self Catering Unit (Sleeps 7)
This is a cozy and comfortable chalet with shared bathroom with a bath and a shower. It consists of two separate rooms. One room has a double bed + 2 single beds in the other room and 3 single beds in the open plan area.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, lapa and BBQ facility. Clean and neat linen and towels are supplied. Daily serviced. It is about 70 m from the swimming pool and lodge where a public lounge with DSTV is. Download your preferred programs on your devices before visiting the farm.
There is not a TV in the room but about 100 m away from the room is the Lodge Public Lounge with full DSTV.
Old Farm House - Self Catering unit (Sleeps 8)
This is a cosy and comfortable 2-and-a-half-bedroom house with 2 bathrooms.
Two double beds and 4 single beds.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, lapa and BBQ facility.
Clean and neat linen and towels are supplied. Daily serviced.
The farmhouse is about 300 m away from the main lodge where the swimming pool and full DSTV public lounge is.

Our guest rooms and self-catering chalets all have en-suite bathroom facilities and are comfortable, clean, neat and serviced daily. Room amenities are supplied. We want our guests to spend quality time with each other around the camp fire or sunset and therefor we do not have TV's in the rooms. There is however a full cable TV in the public lodge where that important sport or soapie can be viewed.

The large swimming pool has been positioned between the lodge and the new completed water hole. The guest areas have been carefully planned to ensure easy flowing and comfortable areas. The areas were designed with the view to accommodating a group or to provide intimate retreats ensuring privacy. The central areas include two lounges, the bar and cocktail lounge, a multi-tiered dining room, the conference facility and open air boma.

Decorated in a range of earthy tones ranging from terra cottas to deep blues, the rooms have been carefully co-ordinated to ensure comfortable seating both indoors and out.

The standard configuration includes two twin beds and in a limited number of rooms it is possible for to offer a king size bed. It is also possible to introduce a third bed into the room in the event that a child wishes to share with parents. It is not possible to add a fourth bed.
