We are always looking at improving your experience at Rentiahof. Each room is fitted with working appliances and the the furniture is looked after too make sure you have a comfortable stay. The walkways and corridors combined with natural elements give Rentiahof a unique and relaxing atmosphere.
We pride ourselves on providing safe accommodation in 15 Units in a variety of sizes. All our Suites have neat bathrooms, air conditioning (hot and cold) in each room and DSTV. We are a “green” establishment and make extensive use of solar heating (power assisted) for our hot water needs.

Gemstone Guest House is situated in North West Province, South Africa, in the beautiful suburb of Flamwood, Klerksdorp. Our guest rooms are both modern and colourful named after the Gemstones worn in the breast plate of the high priest in Exodus 28:17-20, 30. Gemstone offers standard rooms with en-suite bathroom, DSTV, air conditioning, lock-up safe and double bed, for the price conscious traveller, as well as Deluxe suites for the frequent business traveller with a king size Bed, well-lit work desk which doubles as a dressing table with a large mirror, kitchenette with coffee station, fridge, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower and balconies overlooking the spacious grassland and gardens.
Topaz Standard Double Room
The Topaz standard room is situated on the ground floor at the front of the property, allowing for quick access on arrival and departure. Topaz is a cozy unit tucked away in a corner for privacy and extra tranquility. The room is equipped with Wi-Fi, Air- conditioning, mini-fridge, Kitchenette & Coffee, microwave and DStv.
Sardius
The Sardius Queen room offers modern luxury and is located on the ground floor in our large garden, you will experience the calm and tranquility of Gemstone by waking up with the sound of bird life, leaving you at peace and relaxed in this upmarket room. Sapphire King Suite
Presidential Suite with a cozy king-size bed is a Romantic dream come true, soft lighting and great attention to detail, just the right atmosphere for your next romantic break. Enjoy having a Jacuzzi bubble bath while sipping champagne.
Ruby Standard Double
The Ruby standard room is situated on the ground floor at the front of the property, allowing for quick access on arrival and departure. Ruby is a cosy personal room and comes equipped with Wi-Fi, Air-conditioning, mini-fridge, Kitchenette & Coffee, microwave and DStv.
Opal Small Family Unit
Opal situated upstairs with own patio and self-catering facilities are perfect for the small family, looking for a budget booking. The room features a double bed and one single bed sharing a shower (small bathroom).
Onyx Small Family Unit
The Onyx family unit is our most private unit, it situated on the ground floor at the back of the guesthouse, away from any other guests or traffic. The room features air-conditioning, dstv, a double bed and one single bed sharing a shower (small bathroom) and a kitchennette with basin, microwave, fridge and coffee station. Onyx is the perfect for the small family, looking for a budget overnight stay.
Jasper Family Unit
The beautifully decorated open plan apartment has a cozy double bed, in the main bedroom area as well as extra two single beds (with the option of a king size bed) and a single bed in the lounge area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
Emerald
The Emerald room offers comfort, great water pressure, air conditioning and large patio overlooking the property. With comfort in mind, the Emerald room features a mini kitchenette, mini-fridge, Wi-Fi, Airconditioning, microwave, modern shower and DStv.
Diamond Family Unit
Enough space for a family of five or groups sharing. For your comfort and privacy, the room is divided into two separate areas one with a comfy queen and single bed and in the other room two single beds. Full bathroom.
Beryl: Luxury Twin or King
The Beryl Luxury room offers our best in comfort, quality finishes, privacy and tranquillity. This room is in our luscious garden where you will wake up with the sound of birds chirping and large palm trees surrounding your view. With comfort in mind, the Beryl room features a mini kitchenette, mini-fridge, Wi-Fi, Airconditioning, microwave, modern shower and DStv.
Amethyst Twin or King Room
The room has all the modern amenities like free Wi-Fi, mini fridge, microwave, TV, and DStv. The full bathroom with separate toilet makes it easy to share with a friend or co-worker with the option of a Twin or King size bed.
Agate
The Agate standard room is situated on the ground floor at the front of the property, allowing for quick access on arrival and departure. Agate is a cosy, affordable room and comes equipped with Wi-Fi, Airconditioning, mini-fridge, Kitchenette & Coffee, microwave and DStv.
Carnelian Family Unit
Family unit is our brand new unit, ideal for the bigger family and situated down stairs near the parking area. The room features a comfy king-size bed with the option of twin beds and two single beds in one bedroom. This unit shares a full, modern bathroom and an extra toilet.
Crystal
The Crystal room is cosy, comfortable, spacious and private and a popular treat with couples trying to get away from their busy lives or the business man wishing not to be disturbed. Crystal is equipped with Wi-Fi, Air-conditioning, mini-fridge, Kitchenette & Coffee, microwave and DSTV.

Whether you are travelling alone or coming to visit as a group, Gemstone’s Garden and pool area would be one of the most memorable characteristics during one’s stay. Our garden offers three private areas to have a braai and be entertained.
Our garden, pool and braai area is available to overnight guests only, and no outside visitors will be allowed to use these facilities.
Functions & Events
Gemstone Guesthouse is the perfect place to have your intimate function and event. Offering spacious gardens poolside, child friendly facilities, public ablution and beautiful dining areas. Our balcony dining area can sit 32 persons inside the main hall and 20 additional on the joining patio, depending on seating requirements.
We are the perfect location for your kitchen tea, baby shower and birthday function providing ambience, quality service and top class eats and treats as prepared by our in-house chef.
Gemstone pricing includes a function fee and further per person billing on food and drinks required.
A 50% deposit is required to finalise any bookings, and 100% of the invoiced amount is required upon arrival.
