Breakfast & Dining

At Broadlands Country House we are huge fans of simple food done well. Our in-house chef doesn’t like pretentious or haughty fare, but does enjoy innovation and creativity. We use mostly organic, fresh ingredients from the local region. The taste of our cuisine reflects the surroundings, keeping in mind that our food is down-to-earth with a fusion of African and Mediterranean tastes. Our chef use lots of fresh herbs, the best of olive oils, healthy fresh vegetables, salads etc. Traditional dishes are a great favourite.
